Delivery Policy

Local Customers:
Macomb Wholesale is now making it easier for every local business customer to receive free delivery. Based on your distance from our warehouse, your orders can qaulify for free delivery.
How?
Simply place an order for stock products exceeding the minimum based on your delivery zone. Sales tax, freight or added charges do not count. Please remember special order products may be quoted with additional inbound freight charges.
Who?
Any local Michigan based business qualifies. We do not deliver to residential addresses and you must have an account already setup with us. New local businesses that would like to qualify for free delivery must call our office to get setup properly. Otherwise the website will default to UPS shipping methods only.
Where?
We deliver to most of Southeast Michigan. If your business is located within our delivery zone map you can qualify for free shipping. Click on the map on the right to see our delivery zone and determine if you can qualify. See the table below for the order minimums based on delivery zone.
Free Delivery Zones:
Zone A (within 15 miles): $150 Order Minimum or $15 Delivery Fee
Zone B (within 25 miles): $250 Order Minimum or $25 Delivery Fee
Zone C (within 50 Miles): $500 Order Minimum or $50 Delivery Fee
When?
We pride ourselves on fast service! We guarantee delivery within our service area in 1-2 business days. We will ship your order partial if any backorders exist. Most backorders would then follow by 2-3 business days.
What if?
What if your business is located within the service area but you cannot add enough items to your order to reach the order minimum? We are conveniently located on 14 Mile Rd. just west of Groesbeck Hwy and have a showroom to service customers here. You are welcome to pickup your order or you may choose to have it sent via UPS. We can also deliver your order with a delivery charge based on your zone.
Customers outside of our local delivery area:
We ship Nationwide to all physical addresses located within the Continental United States only. We do not ship outside the country. All orders shipped to Michigan addresses are subject to 6% sales tax. We do not collect sales tax to customers located outside of Michigan. We have competitive UPS shipping rates with tracking available on all orders. Most orders ship within 1-2 business day.
